AMA Pro Racing releases 2014 road racing schedule

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (January 7, 2014) - AMA Pro Racing announced today the 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing schedule, featuring the full complement of classes at each stop on the circuit. The AMA Pro SuperBike, GoPro Daytona SportBike and AMA Pro SuperSport divisions will contest doubleheaders at each round in 2014, while the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Series will participate in one race final per weekend.

Canadian Dan Kruger wins 3rd straight 3 Hour Superbike endurance race in China

For Immediate Release: Montreal's Dan Kruger and his Kawasaki ZX-10R led the his team to another victory this past weekend in the 3 Hour Endurance Championship.  On a cold but sunny weekend in China, the annual 3 Hour Superbike Endurance took place at the Zhuhai International Circuit.  With 34 riders entered from at least seven countries, it was a good turnout.  Temperatures dipped down to seven degrees Celsius, keeping the track slippery, but with the sun shining, the event was a success.

Canadian Dominguez takes Pan American Superbike Championship

Franklyn Dominguez scored a first and second place finish to capture the Pan American Superbike Championship  held November 16-17 at the Autodromo Mobil 1 track near Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Dominguez rode to a dominant win in the first leg and then thrilled the assembled with a come from behind ride after a dismal start in Leg 2.

Special feature blog: Dan Kruger recounts "most unbelievable week of my career" after winning Pan-Delta final this past weekend

Last week we reported that Canadian Dan Kruger had a vicious highside during practice for the final round of the Pan Delta Championship series in Zhuhai, China that landed him in a Hong Kong hospital with severe injuries and internal bleeding. He then sent Inside Motorcycles this exclusive recap of what he called "the most unbeleivable weekend of my career."

1. Hospital in China for initial diagnosis - pain meds, catheter inserted, X-rays, etc.

2. transported to Hong Kong hospital for further tests. Internal bleeding is the problem, with a fractured pelvis and a ruptured urethra.

3. Bleeding gets worse internally so they put me into surgery right away; two and half hours later, I wake up and things are much improved. They put some plastic parts inside me to reconstruct the damage.
