Szoke’s Return to Two Wheels‏

On Sunday, August 10th, Jordan Szoke, defending Canadian Superbike Champion and the defending Canadian National Observed Trials Champion, suffered multiple fractures of his right thumb.  Resulting in surgery to repair the extensive damage, ending his bid for both of his defending championship titles.  Szoke's season came to a screeching halt.

Jordan Szoke chalks up his first win of the season

Kawasaki Out of Canadian Superbike Series

Canadian Kawasaki Motors has announced their official withdrawal from participation in the Canadian Superbike Series. In an email to friends and media colleagues yesterday evening, Canadian Kawasaki's Jeff Comello stated, "Its with sadness that I inform of Canadian Kawasaki Motors decision to withdraw from the Canadian Superbike Championship."

Szoke Confident About Future

Seven-time Canadian Superbike Champion Jordan Szoke has every intention of moving forward with his future racing plans, despite recent news that one of his primary sponsors, Canadian Kawasaki Motors, announced yesterday their withdrawal from the Canadian Superbike Series.

Grateful for the long history the accomplished rider has had with Canadian Kawasaki (he has won 5 of his 7 Superbike championships and 4 of his 5 Sportbike titles aboard Kawasaki livery), Szoke has every intention to keep his job as a motorcycle racer in 2012.
