Szoke completes perfect season, wins 11th Superbike crown

A day after wrapping up his 11th career title and second in a row the 37-year-old from Lynden, Ont. scored his seventh win from seven races this season in the back-end of the traditional season-ending doubleheader at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park on Sunday.

The national champions will be crowned in the season finale for the Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship. Canada's top motorcycle riders including ten-time champion Jordan Szoke, Kenny Redimann, rookie of the year contender Ben Young and many more competing for wins in five classes. Besides the top level Mopar Pro Superbike, races will also be held in Liqui Moly Pro Sport Bike, Shoei Premium Helmets Amateur Sport Bike, Magneti Marelli Amateur Superbike and the Kawasaki Ninja 300 Spec Racing Series.

Advanced Weekend SuperTickets are just $50 ($60 at the gate). Advanced General Camping (tents and pop-up trailers) is $40 ($50 at the gate) and RV Camping is only $60 ($70 at the gate).

Don't miss any of the on-track action while you are at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park this weekend.

There's lots to do off-track this weekend as well. BMW Motorrad Days returns for its tenth year and features on and off-road demo rides, freestyle stunt shows by Mattie Griffin, Saturday night concerts and much more.

Honda and Suzuki will also be offering demo rides on their latest models around the neighbouring roads near Canadian Tire Motorsport Park throughout the weekend. Registration is in the paddock and participants must have a valid motorcycle license, riding gear and helmet. Be sure to sign up early because the time slots go quickly.
