Round twelve of the eni FIM World Superbike Championship will be held at the Nürburgring circuit in Germany next weekend and the Effenbert Liberty racing team is looking forward to the event, including seeing the return of Saskatchewan’s Brett McCormick.

On track for the Effenbert Liberty Racing team will be Kuba Smrz, who finished 3rd in race two at Silverstone, Frenchman Maxime Berger and Canadian Brett McCormick.

McCormick, who appeared in good health at a recent CSBK round at Le Circuit Mont Tremblant where he was given the opportunity to turn a few test laps, was cleared to return to racing in early August at Silverstone. McCormick and his crew chose not to compete in the races at Silverstone, but the young Canadian is ready to take on Nürburgring.

After missing the inaugural race in Moscow to focus on future planning and coordination, the Effenbert Liberty racing team is looking forward to focusing on the remainder of the 2012 season and setting a concrete foundation for 2013.
