“I am really looking forward to this race weekend as the June event is usually around 36 degrees with almost 100% humidity. My training really pays off for this particular weekend each year. I am also fully recovered from my wrist surgery and the Suzuka crash during a test last month.”
Kruger’s Kawasaki Superbike Team will be testing June 10-12. It will be the first time the team will use the version 2 Pirelli’s as well as some new kit parts (Cams etc.) The goal for the team is to test on both race bikes to try and set them up as similar as possible. During the race weekend, the team will have a catered area for all the VIP and invited guests and sponsors. Kruger is currently tied for the lead in the points race with Yes Yamaha’s factory rider and crowd favorite Zhao.
This event is expected to attract a huge grid in the premier class. Quite possibly 35+ entries and from all different parts of the world. With entries already confirmed from Spain, England, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Japan, Canada, Hong Kong, Macau, and China, this may be one of the biggest Pan Delta events in the history of the series.
Both Superbike races will be televised live on CCTV5 globally. The weekend will also see a variety of car races including the Porsche cup, Audi event, along with some open wheel racing as well. Attendance will likely surpass the March round and is estimated to reach 25,000 spectators.
El Sammo and Dave M. will provide the track entertainment both Saturday and Sunday with the latest bike stunts. The team would personally like to thank all of their sponsors including KAWASAKI, TITANIC, PIRELLI, MOTUL, HINDLE, FULL SPECTRUM, NATURE POWER, SPIDI, VEMAR, RK, MOTOTRON, AS WELL AS INSIDE MOTORCYLES FOR KEEPING UPDATED WITH ALL THE LATEST NEWS.
