Taylor takes first career XR1200 victory

CONCORD, Ontario (July 29, 2013) – Michael Taylor rode the Mackie Harley-Davidson® sponsored XR1200® motorcycle to victory in round three of the Canadian Harley-Davidson® XR1200® Cup Series for 2013, beating second place finisher Darren James of Ruthless Racing by a mere 329 thousandths of a second (0.329 seconds).

Crevier wins XR1200 in St-Eustache, extends points lead

Maple Ridge, British Columbia’s Steve Crevier scooped up his second straight win in the 2013 Canadian Harley-Davidson® XR1200® Cup Series at the Autodrome in St-Eustache, QC on Sunday. Riding for the MotoSport Plus team based out of Kingston, Ontario, the two-time defending class champion led all 16 laps of the round sponsored by Harley-Davidson® Laval and finished 2.814 seconds clear of Ruthless Racing’s John Ross MacRae from Calgary, Alberta. MacRae’s teammate Darren James of North Vancouver completed the podium.

Friday a Thrilling Day at Daytona for Canadian Racers and Fans!

The highlight of the Friday's Daytona action was an incredible race for Maple Ridge, BC's Steve Crevier in the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson XR1200 race. The Motosport Plus/Dominion Lending/Motorhead-backed racer had very little practice on Thursday due to mechanical problems, leaving him 11th on the starting grid. Crevier however quickly moved through the field to fight amongst the top three motorcycles, briefly leading the race before finishing in 5th, just 0.37 seconds behind winner Tyler O'Hara.

Crevier Bound For Daytona!

12-time Canadian champ Steve Crevier is locked and loaded for the season opening round of the AMA Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson XR1200 series, contested at Daytona International Speedway on March 14-16. A last-minute decision by the MotoSport Plus / Dominion Lending Centres / Motörhead Services XR1200 team will see the Maple Ridge, BC legend fighting for a podium spot after sorting out some long standing gremlins at the end of 2012.
