Doug Lawrence of Mississauga, ON rode the Town Moto/Motovan/26 Suspension-sponsored Honda CRF450 to a 12th place finish at the Daytona Short Track, the first race in the 2014 AMA Pro Flat Track Grand National Championship. He was the only Canadian entered and earned seven GNC points for his efforts. It was Lawrence's best career finish in the annual season opener at Daytona.

Mods N Rockers Toronto 2013 was a resounding success all around. Upwards of 250 motorcycles and scooters were out each day, with many more patrons on top of that who came out to smell the nostalgia, stare at bikes and meet fellow retro-minded riders.

Toronto's 2013 Mods and Rockers weekend kicks off tonight with a BBQ at Town Moto on Ossington, in between Queen and Dundas. Some of us from IM will be there scoping out the scene before heading over to The Duke on Saturday afternoon, where the party really gets going!

The Queen West area store is owned by Andrew McCracken, Marika Thoms and Jamie Pentland, all motorcyclists who are keenly interested flat track fans and now sponsors of 'The Mississauga Missile'.
