AMA Pro Racing releases 2014 road racing schedule

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (January 7, 2014) - AMA Pro Racing announced today the 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing schedule, featuring the full complement of classes at each stop on the circuit. The AMA Pro SuperBike, GoPro Daytona SportBike and AMA Pro SuperSport divisions will contest doubleheaders at each round in 2014, while the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Series will participate in one race final per weekend.

Honda makes first announcement of returning models for 2014

You've heard about the new machines coming to the Honda Canada lineup this year: the Valkyrie F6C, CTX1300T, CTX700T and CTX700N, NC750S and NC750X, CBR1000RR SP, Grom and the Forza scooter. However, the backbone of Honda's existing line remains intact. Honda has released to date the following returning models, with more to come in the near future.

Honda Canada reveals new NC750 models for 2014

Launched two years ago as two brand new models – aimed to provide user-friendly motorcycles that were both affordable to buy and run while proving an attractive, enjoyable proposition for a wide variety of riders. For 2014, an extra 75cc capacity was added to the liquid-cooled, SOHC 8-valve parallel twin-cylinder engine thanks to a bore increased 4mm to 77mm. Stroke remains at 80mm, as does compression ratio of 10.7:1. Both power and torque curves are considerably stronger throughout the entire rev-range.
